Tree babies is intended for parents with babies under the age of 18 months. It combines baby-wearing, mindfulness, forest bathing and crafts to foster a deep connection with your baby in nature and.

If you want to meet other parents, feel calm, restored and fully connected to your baby and nature than this group is designed just for you. Tree Babies is a unique and gorgeous 90 minute session focusing on your wellbeing, as research shows a babies wellbeing is significantly impacted by that of their parents. The sessions take place in the forest, parents are encouraged to carry their babies in slings while enjoying the natural environment by Forest Bathing and making Nature Art creations together. Come and join me in this safe and nurturing space to focus on you in this mindful experience to help ground you, support your mental health and promote a close connection with your baby.

Sessions take place with Lil on a Monday morning at the Roundhouse, BS13 0DA. The price is £60 for a 6 week term of sessions or £15 per session if booking pay-as-you-go. Please see the link below for booking.
