GROUPS
Group Packages
We provide bespoke packages for groups such as schools, charities, youth groups, community groups and other organisations. We also offer birthday parties on Saturdays & Sundays in the Spring and Summer terms. Below are examples of some of the services we offer that can all be tailored to suit your group's needs. Sessions can take place at our private site in GL16 8LD, or at a suitable site provided by you.. Intervention groups
Working on a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio with children age 5-14 at our private Clearwell site GL16. Follows a 6 week program involving re-engagement, fun, focus and motivation. Often selected for children experiencing SEND, mental health or behaviour that challenges.
£50 per hour if using our site, £30 per hour if using your own site, for up to 2 children depending on needs.
Small groups
Working on a 1:6 ratio with children age 5-11 at our Clearwell site GL16 or at a suitable site selected by you. A 6 week program (rotated to see a whole year group within one school year) to focus on skill growth, social interaction and mental wellbeing. Great for school classes or after school clubs.
£60 per hour if using our site, £40 per hour if using your own site, for up to 6 children.
One off workshops
One off "Introduction to Forest School" workshops, including an activity to suit your group, team building games, a natural craft, campfire, and snacks for all. At our Clearwell site or a suitable site selected by you. Ratio dependant on age, group size and additional needs, max 30 participants with 3 staff. Great for school trips and team building days.
£125 for a 2 hour workshop if using our site, £80 if using your own site.
Large groups & Birthday Parties
A key principle of Forest Schools is the low ratio which allows leaders to build relationships and support young people in their exploration. However, we do consider running larger groups of up to 15 children per adult if parents or other volunteers are attending to support children too. Please contact us to discuss options for a bespoke package for your large group.
